Linen from which we sew

Our garments are made of European stabilized, softened linen that has been wet steamed and washed before sewing.

The stabilization of the fabric is based on a special processing procedure aimed at equalizing internal stresses.

The softened fabric has advantages such as reduced static electricity, shorter drying time and easier ironing.

The fabric after washing becomes softer, more stable and, most importantly, doesn’t shrink in the next wash. An additional advantage is that there’s no need for ironing.

Wet treatment with hot steam also prevents subsequent shrinkage of products and softens the fibers.
