We currently ship to the following countries : to most EU countries such as Germany (DE), Italy (IT), France (FR), Spain (ES), Poland (PL), and so on, and also to the USA (US) and the United Kingdom (UK).    We need 1 to 3 working days to process the order, and usually, 7-10 days later, you will receive your products. Playgrounds, due to their size and masses are delivered within 15-20 working days. If delivery is delayed for objective or uncontrollable reasons, we will notify our customers in advance of the delays.

   Shipping is included in the price of the goods.

   All orders will be shipped from Poland.

   The leading logistics methods are UPS, DHL, DPD, and other shipping channels.

   During the busy Holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.

   W-Stories is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs duties, delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
